Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a hazardous installation who ceases to carry on the operation of a hazardous installation shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Civil Defence Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every hazard map held by him has been disposed of.
