Surrender of certificate.—Every sand mining permit holder who ceases to carry on the extraction of sand shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every survey map held by him has been disposed of.
