Intimation of change.—Every party to an arbitration agreement shall intimate to the Registrar of the Council, in Form H and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of the Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
