Maintenance of premises.—Every party to an arbitration agreement shall keep the premises where the reference of disputes to arbitration is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every arbitration agreement kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the reference of disputes to arbitration, and shall furnish to the Registrar of the Council in Form H, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
