Intimation of change.—Every operator of a shelter for the homeless shall intimate to the National Trust, in Form III and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Trust shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
