Intimation of change.—Every cable operator shall intimate to the Registering Authority, in Form VIII and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registering Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
