Safe custody.—Every cable operator shall keep every copy of a book to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the transmission of programmes by cable is carried on, shall record in Form IV the description of every copy of a book so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registering Authority within seven days of the close of each year.
