Bye-law 5, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Licensing of The carrying on of business in India by a foreign company) Bye-laws, 2026 [S46-6A1]

Disposal of appeal.—An appeal preferred under these bye-laws shall be disposed of within seven days of its receipt, after giving the appellant an opportunity of being heard and after considering every document furnished with it; and the order made on the appeal shall record the reasons for it, shall state what is to be done in respect of every register of members to which the appeal relates, and shall be communicated in Form PAS-3 to the appellant and to the Competition Commission within thirty days of the order.
