Intimation of change.—Every foster parent shall intimate to the Registrar of Marriages, in Form V and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Marriages shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
