Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any tenant of waqf property dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Commissioner of Endowments in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of trusts then held; and the Commissioner of Endowments shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
