Application for registration.—Every tenant of waqf property carrying on the occupation of waqf property shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner of Endowments in Form G, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
