Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the tenant of waqf property shall apply to the Commissioner of Endowments in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
