Surrender of certificate.—Every nursing home who ceases to carry on the running of a nursing home shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Drugs Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 29 of the manner in which every record held by him has been disposed of.
