Application for registration.—Every sharecropper carrying on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall make an application for registration to the Revenue Divisional Officer in Form 3, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every land revenue receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
