Intimation of change.—Every trustee of a family settlement shall intimate to the Registrar of Marriages, in Form VIII and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Marriages shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
