Application for registration.—Every keeper of a sarai carrying on the keeping of a sarai shall make an application for registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form III, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
