Surrender of certificate.—Every dormant company who ceases to carry on the holding of assets by a dormant company shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-1 of the manner in which every balance sheet held by him has been disposed of.
