Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier shall apply to the Labour Court in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Labour Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
