Application for registration.—Every trading house carrying on the export of goods as a trading house shall make an application for registration to the Authorised Officer in Form ANF-2A, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every foreign exchange held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
