Fees.—The fee of five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of fifty rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form D; and the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fifteen days of its receipt.
