Application for registration.—Every owner of a vehicle within a cantonment carrying on the plying of a vehicle within a cantonment shall make an application for registration to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment in Form E, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
