Application for registration.—Every manager of a joint family property carrying on the management of joint family property shall make an application for registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in Form II, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
