Surrender of certificate.—Every manager of a joint family property who ceases to carry on the management of joint family property shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every certificate held by him has been disposed of.
