Safe custody.—Every manager of a joint family property shall keep every notice of intended marriage to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the management of joint family property is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every notice of intended marriage so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Maintenance Tribunal within seven days of the close of each year.
