Production of records.—Every nominee director shall, on request by the Registrar of Firms, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these regulations for inspection at the premises where the representation of a shareholder on a board is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any return not held at those premises.
