Maintenance of premises.—Every nominee director shall keep the premises where the representation of a shareholder on a board is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every share kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the representation of a shareholder on a board, and shall furnish to the Registrar of Companies in Form PAS-3, within ninety days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
