Fees.—The fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the Registrar of Companies by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form ADT-1; and the Registrar of Companies shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
