Application for registration.—Every nominee director carrying on the representation of a shareholder on a board shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Companies in Form CHG-1, within forty-five days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of incorporation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
