Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the generator of hazardous waste shall apply to the Biodiversity Authority in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Biodiversity Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
