Application for registration.—Every generator of hazardous waste carrying on the generation of hazardous waste shall make an application for registration to the Biodiversity Authority in Form I, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every wild animal article held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
