Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the repairer of firearms shall apply to the Government of Kerala in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Government of Kerala shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
