Surrender of certificate.—Every repairer of firearms who ceases to carry on the repair of firearms shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Kerala in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every seized article held by him has been disposed of.
