Authorised agent.—Any patent agent may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these rules, shall intimate to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form TM-A the name and address of the agent within three hundred and sixty-five days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within one hundred and eighty days of the revocation.
