Intimation of change.—Every sports academy shall intimate to the Sports Tribunal, in Form E and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sports Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
