Surrender of certificate.—Every sports academy who ceases to carry on the running of a sports academy shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every register of athletes held by him has been disposed of.
