Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a gymnasium shall apply to the National Sports Board in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the National Sports Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
