Intimation of change.—Every operator of a gymnasium shall intimate to the National Sports Board, in Form D and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Sports Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
