Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the merchant banker shall apply to the Recognised Stock Exchange in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Recognised Stock Exchange shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
