Application for registration.—Every firm carrying on the business of a firm shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Warehouses in Form C, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every delivery order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
