Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the street vendor shall apply to the Municipal Council in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Municipal Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
