Application for registration.—Every operator of a metro railway carrying on the working of a metro railway shall make an application for registration to the Railway Rates Tribunal in Form D, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every railway line held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
