Intimation of change.—Every insurance marketing firm shall intimate to the Government of Maharashtra, in Form IRDA-3 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Maharashtra shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
