Surrender of certificate.—Every gratuity trust who ceases to carry on the administration of a gratuity fund shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Recovery Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every annual account statement held by him has been disposed of.
