Application for registration.—Every gratuity trust carrying on the administration of a gratuity fund shall make an application for registration to the Recovery Officer in Form 5, within sixty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register of members held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
