Application for registration.—Every lessee carrying on prospecting operations shall make an application for registration to the State Government in Form K, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every register of leases held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
