Application for registration.—Every registered medical practitioner carrying on the practice of medicine shall make an application for registration to the Director of Health Services in Form 20-B, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every medical device held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
