Rule 30, Madhya Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2025 [S44-1BF]

Application for registration.—Every contractor supplying stores to the Force carrying on the supply of stores shall make an application for registration to the Cantonment Board in Form F, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every stores held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
