Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor supplying stores to the Force who ceases to carry on the supply of stores shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Cantonment Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every defence work held by him has been disposed of.
