Application for registration.—Every whistle blower carrying on the making of public interest disclosures shall make an application for registration to the State Information Commission in Form E, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every appeal held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
