Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 (Punjab Act 23 of 1961); (b) "producer" means a person carrying on the production of agricultural produce; (c) "stock register" means a stock register received, held or disposed of by a producer in the course of the production of agricultural produce; (d) "Form E" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
